We are happy to receive your return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of order and all you need to do is:
Go to My Account.
Head to your order book.
Choose the request to return.
Click on the product to return.
Indicate the reason for the return and any notes you wish to make in the box.
Click Submit and your request will be processed within one to three business days.
An email will be sent with the bill of lading, print the bill of lading and deliver it to the shipping representative.
The shipping company representative will come to pick up the products to be returned from you within 1-2 business days.
After receiving the products from you, we will return the balance as an electronic credit to your chifooon account within 48 hours.
Rules and conditions for return / replacement:
The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be in good condition, unused and labeled.
The product must be returned with the original brand box sent to you.
It is our policy to only return products in the event of a manufacturer defect.
Shipping and exchange cost:
The customer shall bear the cost of the return and the shipping cost of the new replacement order unless the fault is due to the store management.
